A typical bookkeeping process with Biller can be as follows:

  1. Biller settles the total amount of all purchases made in a predefined period minus transaction fees via bank transfer. The bank transfer contains a settlement invoice reference number. 
  2. Biller sends a purchase invoice with the settlement reference number to the seller for the transaction fee calculated over each receivable.
  3. The seller can then link all sales invoices + the purchase invoice to the settlement transaction in their bookkeeping.
